【 摘 要 】

The scope of this Law shall be protection of public health, reduction of disease and mortality rate due to tobacco consumption by the population. Criteria, requirements, rules and regulations in the sphere of tobacco control shall be based upon the following principles: (a) recognition of tobacco as hazardous substance harmful to health; (b) protection of non-smokers against hazardous impact of tobacco; (c) transparency of information related to hazardous impact of tobacco; (d) promotion of redu
