【 摘 要 】

This Act lays down provisions concerning financing environment protection and water management. The financing may consists in a targeted subsidy relating to costs of investments of physical or legal persons, residential community, entrepreneurs or public sector entities. The rules of such subsidy are established by a municipal council or a district council.
