【 摘 要 】

This Regulations amends the Regulation on permits and licenses foreseen by the Environment Act. The Regulation amends Articles 1, 3, 5 on the definition and principles of environmental licenses that companies are obliged to get, Articles 7 and 8 on the rules and procedures of application for temporary certificate of status.
