【 摘 要 】

This Decree creates and approves the new Statute of the Environmental Fund (FUNAB). This Statutes, consisting of 6 Chapters, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of FUNAB, entitled to promote activities aiming at guaranteeing the sustainable development and the climate change effects mitigation. This administrative entity is entitled to finance any activity of investigation, research and programme related to the valorisation of the Mozambican natural resources and guarantee to th
