【 摘 要 】

This Proclamation provides for a transparent and efficient administration of investment in Ethiopia and mitigating the impacts of environmental pollution relating to investment projects. Any investor shall have the obligation to observe the laws of the country in carrying out his investment activities. In particular, he or she shall give due regard to environmental protection.
