【 摘 要 】

The purpose of the present Act is to: a) guarantee the right of access to environmental information; b) promote the availability and dissemination of environmental information; c) transpose into national legislation the Directive 2003/4/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on public access to environmental information of 19 September 2012.
