【 摘 要 】

This Order approves the Regulation for Municipal Territorial Plan of Ribeira Grande (PDM) in the Municipality of Santo Antão. The Regulation, consisting of 5 Chapters and 2 Tables (in Annex), divided in 46 articles, establishes the administrative and legal regime for use, occupation and transformation of the entire territory of the Municipality of Ribeira Grande de Santo Antão. The Regulation specifies licence requirements, approvals and authorizations to be submitted to the competent authority.
