【 摘 要 】

This Order approves the Detailed Urban Plan of Chã de Norte (PDCN) within the Municipality of Ribeira Brava. The Regulation, consisting of 6 Chapters and 2 Tables divided in 74 articles, establishes the administrative and legal regime for use, occupation and transformation of the territory of Chã de Norte urban area. The Regulation specifies licence requirements, approvals and authorizations to be submitted to the competent authority. Two Tables lays down the geographical plant of the urban area
