【 摘 要 】

This Law, consisting of 29 articles, establishes structure, composition and functioning of the Ministry of the Environment. Article 1 divides the various administrative units according to the official responsible, as follows: administrative units of the Minister (a total of 7, analyzed in more detail in arts. 2-7); administrative units of the Undersecretary (3, analyzed in arts. 8 and 9); administrative units of the Assistant Deputy Minister for Environmental Affairs: (8, analyzed in arts. 10-16
