【 摘 要 】

This Decree approves the Regulation on Bio-Safety related to Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO). This Regulation, consisting of 74 articles divided into 11 Chapters and four Annexes, establishes the Bio-safety rules and enforcement mechanisms to import, export, transit, research, release into the environment, handling and use of organisms genetically modified (GMO) and their products, resulting from modern bio-technology, contributing to ensuring the protection of human health, the environment
