【 摘 要 】

The present Ordinance provides for the enactment of the Hamburg Water Law of 20 June 1960 and the Harbour and Navigation Law of 3 July 1979. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the charging of administrative fees for official acts concerning the environment and nature protection, energy production, as well as in the field of water and dike legislation.
