This Regulation hereby determines the type of pollution that can be considered under its terms, the criteria for its effective calculation in terms of necessary compensation for the occurred environmental pollution, further defining the rules and obligations for payers such as concrete amount and manner for the execution payment of the above mentioned compensation fees (environmental pollution, polluter pays principle).
