【 摘 要 】

Section 2 of the above-mentioned Act establishes the Alberta Heritage Savings Trust Fund originally set up under the Alberta Heritage Savings Trust Fund Act (RSA 1980 cA-27). Originally, the Fund was established to collect a portion of Alberta’s non-renewable resource revenue for future generations. The Fund today produces income which supports government programmes essential to Albertans like health care and education and infrastructure.
