This Order, consisting of 49 sections divided into six Parts, regulates the sector of tourism enterprise within the Brunei Darussalam. It establishes licensing requirements to be satisfied in order to perform the tourism activity within the State and in addition specifies the composition, duties and responsibilities of the Brunei Darussalam Tourism Board.
