【 摘 要 】

This Decree establishes the modalities of forest management in the areas of radioactive pollution by Chernobyl nuclear disaster. Forest management requirements shall be mandatory for legal persons performing forest management in areas subject to radioactive pollution. Timber extraction of timber containing radionuclides exceeding established levels shall be prohibited.
