The Resolution adopts sanitary standards for working on biological agents, including on animals. It consists of 12 chapters: General provisions (I); Management of the institution involved in the work with biological agents (II); Risk-analysis principles and risk-groups of pathogens (III); Requirements of biosafety practice and principles (IV); Biosafety levels of laboratories (V); Biosafety level-1 laboratories (VI); Biosafety level-2 laboratories (VII); Biosafety level-3 laboratories (VIII); La
