【 摘 要 】

This Law regulates the activities and management of Šventosios state seaport. The boundaries of the territory of the port land and the territory of the Palanga City Municipality are determined by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania. Šventonios state seaport shall perform the following functions: (a) to service recreational craft, small-size and sports vessels; (b) to service fishing vessels; (c) to service small cruise ships and passenger ferries; (d) to service ships of the State Border
