【 摘 要 】

This Decree, based on the Environmental Code contains provisions on precautionary measures for industrial emissions operations. As a general rules, emissions values based on best available technologies as set out in Chapter 2 of this Decree, shall apply, in due time as limit values for emissions from industrial emissions under normal operating conditions.
