【 摘 要 】

This Decree, consisting of 34 articles, creates the Institute of Sugar and Alcohol, institution which composition is governed by representatives from the following Ministry: Finance, Agriculture, Work and Trade and one Delegation of the Bank of Brazil. This Decree establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned institution, entitled to carry out and promote the agro-industrial policy on sugar production and consumption in Brazil.
