【 摘 要 】

This Decree, consisting of 18 articles, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the Institute of Sugar and Alcohol, under the Ministry of Industry and Trade. This institution is the competent authority entitled to implement the agro-industrial policy on sugar in Brazil, both for human consumption and biofuel.
