【 摘 要 】

The present Act ratifies the Agreement, dated 18 February 1980, between Her Majesty in right of the Province of British Columbia and Her Majesty in right of Canada respecting the sharing of revenues from the exploitation of minerals in the Fort Nelson Indian Reserve. This Agreement applies to: 1) all excepted minerals; 2) all minerals precious or base, including coal, petroleum, and natural gas, which underlie lands that may hereafter be conveyed by the Province to Canada for the use and benefit
