The present Regulations are made under sections 17 and 18 of the First Nations Oil and Gas and Moneys Management Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to voting procedures concerning transfer agreements and payment agreements. The text consists of 31 sections and 1 Schedule.
