【 摘 要 】

This Decree sets forth technical requirements and standards for motor vehicles utilizing CNG (compressed natural gas), LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) and hybrid diesel and gaseous fuel establishing the following tasks: (a) protection of human life and health; (b) environmental protection and rational management of natural resources; and (c) consumer protection against fraudulent and misleading indications related to safety of produce, work and services.
