【 摘 要 】

This Law, consisting of 21 articles divided into ten Chapters, creates the State Policy for Mineral Coal, and establishes the Carbochemical Pole of Rio Grande do Sul. It establishes objectives, principles, guidelines, definitions, programmes and actions of the above mentioned Policy and Carbochemical Pole to be adopted by the State of Rio Grande do Sul, also in cooperation with the municipalities involved in order to support the development of the carbochemical chain. The policy is based on econ
