【 摘 要 】
Thermoelectric properties of Sn1-x-yTiySbxO2 ceramics were investigated in detail. The addition of Sb into SnOx matrix increased the electric conductivity, or. The increase in the a value should be caused by the increase in the carrier concentration. The Seebeck coefficients of all the samples were negative, which means that these samples have n-type conduction. The samples of this study have porous structure. The maximum Z value of all the samples measured in this study was 2.4 x 10(-5) K-1. (C) 2007 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
