Suppose that R is a serniprime ring which is either a PI-ring or a countable ring. Then there exists a collection of prime ideals P-beta, beta is an element of Gamma, such that each Pp is invariant tinder all derivations of R and boolean AND(beta is an element of Gamma) P-beta = 0.
