【 摘 要 】
A highly selective radical dioxygenation of alkenes using hydroxamic acid and O-2 with 5-10 mol % of tert-butyl hydroperoxide as a catalyst was developed. On the basis of this newly developed strategy, a wide range of phenylethanol derivatives with a variety of functional groups can be effectively synthesized. (C) 2016 Elsevier Ltd.
