【 摘 要 】

The Innocastle project was developed within the framework of the Interreg Europe programme, which aims to support local andregional governments in Europe to develop and deliver better policy. The project takes place between June 2018 and November2022. This article presents the issues addressed by the project, the project approach to improving policy instruments and theresults until now.
