【 摘 要 】

This report aims to provide a fair reflection of theprogress, the achievements and obstacles in theintegration of environmental concerns into EUagriculture policy, based on indicators developed inthe IRENA operation (see Section 1.3). It also tackleslimitations to successful policy implementationat Member State level, and challenges ahead.
