【 摘 要 】
Purpose: Analysis of the shift from Employee Engagementto Employee Experience, its effect on Organization Efficiency, and impact on Employee Advocacy. It aims to reframehuman resource practices that fit better in the modern workplace.Design/Methodology: Conduct Survey with early adopters or in the stage of adopting Employee Experience conceptacross different sectors and Systematic & A critical review ofLiterature on Evolution, Global trends & Impact of EmployeeExperience.Findings: Employee Experience leads to great customer experience, which creates loyal customers and stronger financial results, resulting in Employee Advocacy and EmployerBranding.Practical Applications: Employee Experience is consideredthe most trending HR practice and has implications on theworkplace’s physical, technological & cultural environment.Originality Value: To retain the multigenerational workforce,we need to bring personalization in experiences across different stages of the employment cycle & employee-first approachrather than the traditional customer-first approach.
