The use of Lactobacillus to improve the health of human is a current scenario, lactic acid bacteriaare probiotic and produce wide range of metabolites that can be used as antimicrobial, anticancerous andas biopreservates. The present study was carried out to produce metabolites to use as antimicrobial andanticancer agent.
