【 摘 要 】
This research examines individual and organizational qualities in the relations of leaders and followers and their perception of the dimensions of organizational justice. Past results of various studies have shown that organizational justice has a positively influences LMX realities, but also that it is a predictor of the quality level of LMX. The analysis covered 200 respondents in the service sector in Serbia, and correlation and regression were used to achieve the research objectives. This study showed that from demographic characteristics, only certain age groups were different in the perception of distribution and procedural justice. The findings can be used to implement new techniques in an organizational context, i.e. the introduction of new "tools" by the leaders.
