【 摘 要 】

This article examines the main priorities of Libyan foreign policy in the period from 1990 to 2010. Special attention is paid to it relations with the United States and other Western countries, in addition it shows more detail about UN sanctions imposed on Libya, which they are strongly affected in almost of countrys activity, also it views the main events between Libya and Russia, as well as it covers the basic idea of Libyan foreign political activities - unionism.
