【 摘 要 】

This article is devoted to the general review of Russian historiography of Libyan studies. The main themes and issues in research of socio-political and economic processes in Libya are emphasized. The aim is to analyze the Soviet (until 1991) and the Post-Soviet (1991-2011) periods in Russian Oriental studies. The author offers a detailed review of articles, monographs, dissertations on Libyan issues, which were published during the mentioned period.
