【 摘 要 】
ThequassinoidsfromBruceajavanica exhibitbiologicalactivitiesas antimalarial,antitumor,antiviralandantiamoebicactivities.Thesequassinoids havingapromisingantitumoractivity.Thisresearch wasaimedtoisolated quassinoid(bruceineA,MW522g/mol) compoundfromB.javanica andto investigatethecytotoxicityofbruceineAunderinvitro conditionsinHelacells. Thecytotoxicityassays using MTTassay.Thebruceine showedagood cytotoxicactivityinHela cellsat24hourswithdoxorubicineasapositive control.Structuralelucidationof bruceine isdoneby usingUVandFT-IR spectra,NMRspectra recordedonTeslaav600,(400 MHz) 1HNMRinpyridine (D5),someinGyro(300MHz) 1HNMRinacetone-(d6),DMSO-(d6)andCdCl3 ,13CNMR,75MHz,massspectraonbiospectrometryLC-MS.AnalyticalHPLC retention time,tRwas 4.617 minutes (Met/H20) 60:40. Its Molecular formula was determinedtobe(C26 H34O11)bythe[M+H]+ ionpeakatm/z523 andm/z 1045 confirmed by High Resolution mass spectra Orbitrap (HRESIMS). From the results demonstrated that could be bruceine A compound refers to our spectral data.Itshas activityinIC50 value191,5µMonHelaCellsunderinvitro conditions.
