【 摘 要 】

The profession of Conservator-Restorer became more and more structured over the past century thanks to the international charters on the conservation of cultural property   and the European agreements on education, as a result of the Bologna process initiated in 1999. This article is intended to trace the development of the training of conservators in Germany from the 1950s to the present day, without claiming completeness.
