【 摘 要 】

The article analyses key problems of higher education: commercialization, loss of autonomy, restructuring of education goals, demotivation of professors - teaching staff. It demonstrated the futility of attempts to solve the ethical problems in micro -scale with the total lack of work ethic with macro fundamental moral grounds.
