【 摘 要 】

This article discusses the direction of long-term development budget policyof the Russian Federation based on its analysis of the main structural elements(income, expenditure, budget balance andpublic debt). The analysis allows to form an idea of the current situation in the state budget, as well as to develop a predictivemonitoring information on the state of thequality of fiscal policy in Russia for theperiod up to 2020.
