【 摘 要 】

The article is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodical approach to the analysis of risk assessment of industrial innovation. It is proposed combination of methods of calculation and assessment of risk types and sizes, depending on the specifics of the company, types of innovation, needs of a particular innovation, degree of innovation and technology products.

It is received a further development of topic about using fuzzy sets theory.

It is defined the advantages and disadvantages of quantitative and qualitative methods of analysis projects of innovation.
