【 摘 要 】

Measures taken by the state are designed to contribute to the efficiency and competitiveness of the food industry, to squeeze out foreign products in the domestic market, to raise the level of food security and to open the way to foreign markets for Kazakhstani products The development of the domestic food industry, its transformation into a highly efficient and highly profitable sector of the economy is of great importance for ensuring the economic security of the country and raising the standard of living of the population.The article presents the results of theoretical and practical research of the authors concerning the state of the output of domestic commodity producers on foreign food markets and the problems of the development of the country’s food industry in the context of expanding integration processes.
