【 摘 要 】

At the end of the Abolition of Slavery process and the Founding of the Republic, the Brazilian black it turned into a new regime that does not purged the legacy of the slave regime. The free working relationship where the black was submitted did not alter the state of maintenance of racial and social inequalities. In this sense, based on the scientific and literary explanations, through the degrading working relationships established throughout history, and ending in the protests organized by black social groups show that the precarious condition of the black worker and proletarian can still be seen today, as well as the state's role as maintainer of these conditions and how repressive apparatus of contrary manifestations of this class
