The increase of automobile dependence in household trips, particularly for shopping trips reinforced inequalities by increasing mobility problems access to urban resources of non-or low-owning households. Yet mobility is an essential condition to fight against social exclusion. The article aims to investigate the accessibility by public transport of the places of commerce. It is based on an investigation carried out on 560 families and a study of accessibility of the main commercial centers of the city. The study reveals the socio-spatial inequalities of access for non-motorized population to places of commerce. It discloses the difficulties and inequalities in access time to the different places of commerce. Non-motorized poor neighborhoods people are most exposed to these difficulties. Although they can sometimes find the need to stock in their district of residence, access to places of commerce remains nevertheless differentiated.
