【 摘 要 】
ThisstudyaimstodeterminetheeffectofCapitalAdequacyRatio, Return on Assets, BI 7-Day Rate, and Inflation towards Non-Performing FinancingMortgages in Islamiccommercialbanks in Indonesia.The populationofthisstudyistheIslamiccommercialbanks in theperiod 2015-2019.Thesampleused is asaturatedsample,whichusesall Islamicbanksasresearchsamples.Thisresearchusesaquantitative approachusingtimeseriesdata.Allvariablesusethepercentageof growth and show the results of the level stationary so that the technique used is Ordinary Least Square (OLS) regression analysis which is processed using E-Views 10software. The resultsof this study indicatepartiallytheCapitalAdequacyRatioandReturnonAssets variables have a negative influence significant to Non-Performing FinancingMortgages.WhileBI7-DayRateandInflationvariablesdo not influence Non-Performing Financing Mortgages. Nonetheless, CapitalAdequacyRatio,ReturnonAssets,BI7-DayRate,andInflation simultaneously have a significant effect on the Non-Performing Financing of Mortgages in Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia in the period2015-2019
