【 摘 要 】

Accounting for contemporary trends of Cyber-physical systems evolution, there are considered promising lines of metrology science, which is able to support them. Important role of rapid developing standards base is underlined. So it's time to correlate this growth with development of systems. Standards themselves can be embedded, transmitted over a distance as working models or even relocated providing a precision operation of Cyber-physical systems.
