【 摘 要 】

In the article the results of empirical research of self-presentation authenticity of educational organizations' heads and their gender features are shown. Data on levels of self-presentation authenticity of managers are presented. It is shown distinctive gender characteristics of self-presentation authenticity of educational organizations’ head corresponding to their length of service. The possibility of facilitating the development of self-presentation authenticity of managers in terms of postgraduate education is stated
