【 摘 要 】

Disability situations represent a major social issue, which questions various sides of our environment and restrictions on social participation that may result. We explore in this text the link between digital and disability, showing its ambivalence between inclusion and exclusion. In order to limit the risks of digital divides and inequalities, the accessibility of websites, online services and other mobile applications is becoming a determining issue, for which some normative, regulatory, technical and educational tools exist. Nevertheless, in the implementation of digital accessibility, which can be understood as an instrument of mediation, there are still many reservations, misunderstandings and difficulties. On the other hand, some paradoxes can also appear, in connection with the positive injunctions to the inevitability of digital world.
