【 摘 要 】
The article provides a detailed overview of the International Conference held in Kars (Turkey) for the 200th anniversary of Fyodor Dostoevsky’s birth. The event turned out to be an open forum for researchers from different countries worldwide, for whom Dostoevsky’s work has become a bridge linking different kinds of literature and cultures. The conference featured several interesting and informative presentations on the perception of the writer’s work in different cultures, the history of translations, and the study and teaching of his works in Turkey, Russia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Thailand, China, Poland, and other countries.
