【 摘 要 】

The purpose of the article is to develop proposals to improve the competitiveness management innovation company. The essence of the concept is defined: the competitiveness of innovative companies; management system of innovative companies; production-manufacturing, investment and recruiting companies’ competitiveness. The main factors that hinder innovation activity of enterprises and hamper innovation are revealed. The major indicator of innovative activity in Ukraine is analyzed. Levels reached production-industrial, investment and recruitment company’s competitiveness are calculated. Evaluation of comprehensive competitiveness of innovative companies made. Proposals to improve the efficiency of management of competitiveness of innovative companies are developed through the introduction of an information system CRM. Economic and social efficiency of the implementation of CRM information is justified.
