【 摘 要 】
The article deals with the important issue of psychologists – training young teachers to entry into the educational organization. The features and specific psychological support of young teachers entering the educational organization are revealed; design of the training that facilitates efficient entry of the young teachers into the educational environment is given. Interactive teaching methods that help young teachers master the psychological characteristics of a successful entry into the educational organization are used
