【 摘 要 】

The aim of the work was analysis of selected problematic places of a new building cladding (building for education and office work). Here the intense emphasis on the architectonic solution and inconsistent technical solution of details had a negative impact to thermal properties of the building structure. This building is designed for education and administration and was constructed in 2004. One of the most problematic parts are places with recessive constructions of Pavilion 2 and Pavilion 3. Here supporting structures crossing from heated interior to exterior without cutting of a heat flux. Inadequate solutions of details of building cladding (facades and walkable terraces) cause commencement of thermal bridges, too.
